  • What is Wellness & Life Coaching?

    During our complimentary connection call, I will ask you questions to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to me. Then, during our coaching sessions we will explore your current habits, breaking the unhelpful ones, building new ones or helping you to stay consistent with current healthy ones. Wellness & Life Coaching is all about asking you the right questions to empower you to live the life you want & need.

  • I know already what I need, how can you help me then?

    We most of the time know what we need or want to do but the actual action taking is challenging.

    I help you create last lasting lifestyle changes that are meaningful to you.

  • I am happy with my current habits, why should I get a Wellness & Life coach?

    Congratulations! So happy that you designed a happy & healthy lifestyle for yourself. But change is a constant in our life and getting the support of a Wellness & Life coach can help you getting ready and more resilient for future challenges. I can also support you to take things to the next level if you need a new adventure but don’t know where to go yet.

  • Is Wellness & Life coaching confidential ?

    Absolutely! It all stays between you and me, privacy is crucial as things shared during our conversations can be so private.

  • How frequent are our sessions?

    It all depends on the package you opt for.

    An individual coaching session is less deep as it is only a one hour session, it can still be valuable though if one only specific topic needs to be addressed.

    If you choose one of the two Resilience Journeys packages (= Resilience Starter or Resilience Booster), they usually takes place with 2 sessions per month but last for 2.5 months or 6 months.

    If you are interested in the Life Coaching packages: Career Jumpstart, Relationship Reboot or Mindset Mastery: each offers 2 coaching sessions within a month.

    All offers are customisable as per your needs which includes the frequency we meet.

    Also important to consider is that you need enough time to work on your habits between each session while having enough check-in & accountability points with me so everything is about finding the right balance for you!

  • What if I don't know what topic I want to talk about?

    If you wish to try Wellness & Life coaching but don’t know where to focus, this is fine!

    I am here to explore with you in which life domain you need a change.

    Again coaching is all about asking the right powerful questions to lead you where you want or need to be & go.

  • Will you give me instructions on what to do to get my life in order?

    Wellness & Life coaching is different than mentoring or counselling. Behaviors changes are hard and I will ask you the right questions guiding you to build your own actions plans that you will be more likely to stick to.

    I will however offer additional suggestions & resources to support you further.

    In case you need a mentor, I am happy to do that as well for you but your will see anyway that coaching is much more powerful and empowering.

  • Is Wellness & Life Coaching the same than therapy?

    No, I am not a physician, nor a therapist so I do not diagnose any mental or physical illnesses. However as a Mental Health First Aid instructor, I will be able to recognise if you need the services of a therapist and will let you know.

    Wellness & Life coaching AND therapy can work very well together. While therapy can go deeply into personal history, things of the past that were not solved, I can take those unresolved experiences of the past into consideration and help you explore how it affects your life and find ways to go ahead with the changes you want in your life.

  • Can I talk about several topics?

    Yes of course and this is encouraged. Holistically, all domains of our life are interconnected. One area being out of balance can affect another life domain. I will guide you which Wellness or Life Coaching package is more suitable for you based on our first complimentary connection call but of course the final decision to go ahead with working together or not is yours.
